Defendant James Jordan was convicted of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211)*fn1 and assault with a deadly weapon (§ 245, subd. (a).) Also charged and found true were separate prison terms for four prior felony convictions under section 667.5. The trial court sentenced defendant to the five-year aggravated term on the robbery, ran the sentence on the assault concurrently and, on defendant's motion, exercised its discretion under section 1170.1, subdivision (h), to strike the four prior prison term enhancements.
