Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the portion of the Court of Appeals order dated November 20, 1990, that reduced the defendant's maximum sentence from 30 years imprisonment to 20 years imprisonment. The record reflects that the defendant was convicted of delivery of, and conspiracy to deliver, more than 224 grams but less than 650 grams of cocaine. MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(ii); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(ii). The mandatory maximum sentence for those offenses has been and is 30 years imprisonment. In all other respects, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. We do not retain jurisdiction.
